NASA's Mars Perseverance rover acquired this image using its Left Mastcam-Z camera. This image was acquired on Dec. 22, 2023 (Sol 1009) at the local mean solar time of 12:49:38. We expect to observe this big sunspot from Earth around December 31th.

 

NASA의 화성 탐사차인 퍼서비어런스 로버가 왼쪽 Mastcam-Z 카메라를 사용하여 태양 사진을 촬영했다. 이 태양 사진은 2023년 12월 22일(솔 1009일) 현지 평균 태양시 12시 49분 38초에 촬영하였다. 우리는 12월 31일 전후로 지구에서 이 거대한 흑점을 관측할 것으로 예상한다.
